Last year there were proposals for changes in the statute, which were postponed by the AGM until this year. The proposals are being prepared and will be sent out 14 days before the general meeting.
Election / re-election of two Board members. This year Kalvis Vanags and Roberts Moncinskis, are up for election, they are open for re-election.
One Substitute Board Member also need to be elected.
