DCCL Annual General Meeting 2026

The Danish Chamber of Commerce held its 2025 Annual Meeting at the Danish Embassy in Riga.
Chairman Jens Thorup shared reflections on the political landscape and reviewed a year of strong activity and growth — including 14 new members, bringing DCC to a record-high membership.
This AGM also marked important transitions.
Jens Thorup stepped down as Chairman and Board Member, and Roberts Moncinskis concluded his Board service. The Chamber expressed sincere gratitude for their leadership and long-standing contributions.
We are pleased to welcome two newly elected Board Members:
• Ketija Krama Buldere (KVIST SIA)
• Anders Hansen (RT Metals)
Jakob Hauptman was elected as the new Chairman.
Kalvis Vanags was re-elected to the board and as Vice-chairman.
Irina Brize talked about Salling group’s acquisition of RIMI and Rimi’s role in the retail business.

The evening continued with networking and a wonderful dinner at the Grand Palace Hotel — a great setting for strengthening relationships and building new connections.
