The event is organised by the Foreign Investors’ Council in Latvia (FICIL), in partnership with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group Riga Office, and the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (AHK).
It will bring together the EU and Baltic policymakers, foreign investors, innovation leaders and international partners for a strategic discussion on investment, innovation and competitiveness of the Baltic States.

To ensure fair access, AmCham, NCCL and SCC may register up to 5 participants each, while smaller associate member organisations may register up to 3 participants each.
