Spekanoma is a licensed workforce provider in Liepāja. We employ international workers — certified welders, CNC and press-brake operators, assemblers and production staff — and place them in Latvian factories on a single all-inclusive hourly rate.
Work visas, payroll, taxes, accommodation and compliance are ours. You get one invoice and one contact person.
Workers already in Latvia can start in 5–7 working days; bringing someone in from outside the EU takes two to three months.
